Replacement of the San Francisco location

This is now complete.

If any of your checks only had San Francisco configured as a monitoring node, they were replaced with Fremont.
If any of your checks have San Francisco configured amongst other locations, San Francisco was removed from the list of locations. You can manually add Fremont if desired.

No changes will be made to service checks that do not use San Francisco.

Next week we'll be replacing the Digital Ocean San Francisco Location with Linode Fremont, just across the bay.
As preparation, we've just made the new location available so all customers using the SF location can replace it with Fremont in preparation for the shutdown on Friday 17th at 11:00 UTC. We also have a San Jose location available if that suits you best.
