Between 10:04 UTC and 10:11 UTC this morning, we were unable to store incoming metrics data and the rendering of graphs on the dashboard and server pages was unavailable. This was caused by a simultaneous crash of all MongoDB processes across our metrics storage cluster which required a manual restart. We are investigating the logs to find out what caused this crash but everything is now running as normal. Alert processing was not affected.
